2nd-4th amendments

1. Guns should be allowed in one's vehicle if they are not loaded, and put in a case. A gun could save someones life if they were in danger, so it could be a good thing to have. A reason that guns should not be allowed on someone, is because they could use it in an inappropriate way and harm an innocent person. Or someone could get hurt even on accident if the gun was not on safety lock, and was played with by a child. I personally think that people should be allowed to carry guns, because the only people that should have guns, are those who are trusted and safe with them. I do not think guns should be carried around that are loaded, and should be safely put away in a vehicle.

2. I do not think it is fair to force people to open their homes to soldiers, because some soldiers may be traumatized from war, and shouldn't be around children or other people. Also if the soldiers were found, it may put the family in danger.

3. I think that police should be able to search a house if they have any type of drugs or if they are harming someone else. Also if a child or adult has been taken and that person is suspicious.
